1. License
Kazna is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using Kazna you agree to its terms, together with the additional terms below.
2. Kazna Pro Subscription
- Kazna Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Current prices and periods are always shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Purchases, renewals, and refunds are processed entirely by Apple. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Your Data and Backups
Your financial data is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your personal iCloud account. Luys Labs LLC has no access to it and therefore cannot recover it for you. You are responsible for safeguarding your data — Kazna provides built-in tools for this: iCloud sync and full backup export (Settings → Export Full Backup). See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Not Financial Advice
Kazna is a personal record-keeping and budgeting tool. Numbers, charts, and insights shown in the app are based solely on the data you enter and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent subscription verification, or use Kazna in violation of applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continued use of Kazna after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUYS LABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LUYS LABS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luys Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Virginia.
